Thanks for the comment Guy. I suppose you could say that nowadays I'm in my "experimental" stage when it comes to diet.

I tried the "max protein low carbs" thing a while back. I was down on energy and to be honest I didn't see the sort of gains that I have over the last few months with a "well balanced" diet.

Regardless, I'm finding that the more I try different things, the more I learn about myself physically. I am finding out what works for me and what doesn't, which in my opinion is probably the most important aspect of eating/training/living.

Anyway, thanks once again for the comment. :)

If you are doing weight training and cutting back on meat, you will need to find a decent alternative source of protein. Otherwise you'll probably be treading water. This is shit you might already know but I thought I'd speak up in case you didn't. Hit me up if you have any gym related questions.

You're just getting old ;-) I rarely drink (like months between drinks) these days and if I overindulge it can wipe out the entire next day. Then again, sometimes not, it's not consistent.

10 years ago I could stagger home at 3:30am and be at work 5 hours later.
